Father Muller Charitable Institutions as Father Muller College of Allied Health Sciences provides Medical Laboratory Technology education in bachelor and master level. This charitable trust has been built up with a long year of history. It was started by Father Augustus Muller in the year 1880 and with the advancement in technology and education; there was a rise in medical and hospital services. With more than 135 long years of legacy, this institute has been serving by carring the motto of “Heal and Comfort”. There are two different medical laboratory technology degrees offered to the students which include Bachelor in MLT and Master in MLT.
Father Muller Charitable Institutions is accredited by National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers, National Accreditation Board for Testing and Collaboration Laboratories and National Assessment and Accreditation Council. This institution has its own Father Muller Medical College, Father Muller Hospital, Father Muller Homeopathic Medical College, Father Muller Rehabilitation Unit, Father Muller De-Addiction Centre and St Joseph Leprosy Hospital. The Father Muller Medical College consists of 1250 beds and 14 Operation-Theatres that provides proper clinical training to the students.

Master in Medical Laboratory Technology falls under the post graduate degree, this course is done by students who have completed their bachelor degree. The candidates who are eligible to take this course are those who have done Bachelor in Medical Laboratory/Microbiology/Zoology/Nursing/Bioinformatics/Biotechnology.
